March Subscription Box reveal

Over the last 18 months we've had a LOT of customers request that we offer a subscription box featuring our artisan candies because they were already re-ordering their favorites each month. It remained in the back of my mind but as a growing business with many moving parts it took longer than expected to get the details worked out.  Toss that in with our passion of promoting other Oklahoma businesses and here is our first subscription box! It was so much fun putting this box together for everyone! Oklahoma is truly blessed with many artisans and businesses and I am so excited to share them all with you!

Debbie is the artisan behind the reversible hand quilted Mug Rug in this month's box. Debbie and I discovered each other through Instagram. She's a wife, mom, grandma, talented quilter, seamstress  and knitter. Through Tea Hill Cottage's website you'll find coasters, baby burp cloths, knit hats, lanyards, ponytail hats, messy bun hats, knitting patterns, knit ear warmers, dog leashes and more!

Savannah is a mom, wife, first grade teacher, personal trainer and the master crocheter behind the beautiful work you'll find on her website! On Savannah's website you'll find drink sleeves, scarves, hats and more! P.S. She is also a fan of giveaways on her Instagram page so be sure to follow her!

3. Wise Owl Coffee Roasters of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma-- 1 pound Southern blend ground coffee-- wiseowlcoffeecompany.com/  Instagram-- @wiseowlcoffeeco
Tiffany is a former first responder, police officer and K9 handler. She is passionate about law enforcement and the military but was led to purchase Wise Owl Coffee Company during the fall of 2017. Her passion for single origin, freshly roasted coffee is apparent through her roasting. The Southern blend we've included in this month's box is not only a personal favorite of mine but it's also the blend used in our Salted Espresso Caramels as well as the blend used for their espresso shots at the coffee shop. Wise Owl's coffee has turned many non-coffee drinkers into coffee enthusiasts over the years (including our Head Sugar Daddy, Justin)!

4. Mollycoddled Hash Slinger--Salted Apple Caramels
Well, of course we had to tie in our only regular line product that features 'green' in this box! The Salted Apple Caramels are our newest flavor and are gaining popularity!

While we're quickly growing, we are limited to launching many artisan confections due to shelf life (until we have our own retail store front). Our new subscription boxes are the PERFECT opportunity for us to test new candies as well as limited shelf life items. These marshmallows take you back to the good 'ol days before 'jet puffed' marshmallows were a 'thing'! They're light, airy, squishy and full of flavor! They'll still roast & toast too!

​A little history on this month's theme...
Sadly, it was St. Patty's Day seven years ago that we lost my daddy unexpectedly. With starting this business in his honor with our caramels--I found it fitting that we theme the first box around St. Patty's Day.  Daddy was one to always warn us the day before to wear our green because come pinchin' day he was 'on it'! During my childhood and into my teenage years, my Mama was a caregiver to an Irish immigrant--she became my pseudo Nana. I can close my eyes and see her sweet face and hear her accent that never faded and remember our chats about life (and the fact she was thrilled I was dating a Catholic boy of whom she was fond of his family). Her home was reminiscent of her home country and felt like St. Patty's Day year 'round.  So, our first box is in honor of St. Patrick's Day in memory of my Daddy & my Nana Mrs. Weaver.
